This consultation is our design-and-planning session — ideal if you're still shaping your vision, want a professional plan and plant list in hand, or aren't ready to commit to installation just yet. Consultation Fee Credit

If you move forward with installation through Gardenista Jax within 30 days of your consultation, your consultation fee will be credited toward your project.

What's Included in Your Consultation

When Gardenista Jax (India Morrow) arrives on-site, she'll begin by capturing detailed photos and videos of your space to assist in the design. Then, together, you'll discuss:

• Your space's current light and water conditions

• Plant and color preferences to match your vision and style

• Any existing plant issues or concerns

• Landscape goals – whether it's creating privacy, adding curb appeal, or crafting an outdoor oasis

• Desired hardscape or softscape modifications (i.e. beds, borders, mulching, stone, etc.)

• Your preferred maintenance level after installation

• Expert answers to all your plant-related questions during your session

After Your Consultation:

Following your consultation, you'll receive:

• 1 custom digital landscape design to help you visualize the finished space (Additional designs can be purchased for an extra fee.)

• A detailed proposal and plant list

• An installation estimate, should you choose to move forward with Gardenista Jax

2. Agree to receive emails from Gardenista Jax

3. You'll receive a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your project—this must be completed before scheduling

4. Didn't receive your email within 10 minutes? Reach out to admin@gardenistajax.com and we'll send it your way

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly!
