How to Book Your Consultation
  1. Purchase your consultation and provide all required contact information.
  2. Agree to receive emails from Gardenista Jax.
  3. You’ll receive a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your project—this must be completed before scheduling.
  4. Didn’t receive your email within 10 minutes? Reach out to rooted@gardenistajax.com and we’ll send it your way.
Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly!

During the Consultation

When Gardenista Jax arrives on-site, we will begin by capturing photos and videos of your landscape to assist in creating a personalized maintenance strategy. We'll discuss everything from overall maintenance goals, concerns, current conditions, vision, and expertly answer any questions you may have.

After the Consultation

You'll receive a detailed maintenance proposal outlining care suggestions, seasonal upkeep strategies, and plant-specific notes. This will include suggestions if you'd like to self-manage, or follow up options if you'd like to move forward with Gardenista Jax.

There will also be recommendations for revamps or replacements to improve long-term health and appearance. If you're interested in a step further with design options, check out our Custom Design Proposals!
