Why purchase plant shipping insurance?
Plant shipping insurance is recommended with every purchase of plant. This will cover your entire purchase. Unfortunately when a plant is packaged and leaves our care to be shipped, we don't know how it is handled by the shipping courier. If your plant shows up damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and videos. To be eligible for shipping insurance, a heat pack must also be purchased if shipping in Winter months.
How to submit a claim:
Please send any images and videos of the damaged plant to email@example.com and someone will assist you. We will assess the damage in the images and move forward accordingly.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged and I did not purchase shipping insurance or a heat pack.
Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or replacement. You will need to contact your shipping courier to file a claim for potential refund.
