This consultation is for clients ready to move forward with a full installation. Gardenista Jax will design your space and bring it to life. Handling all of the details from planning through installation day, and even ongoing maintenance with our routine maintenance services.

How to Book Your Consultation
  1. Purchase your consultation and provide all required contact information.
  2. Agree to receive emails from Gardenista Jax.
  3. You’ll receive a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your project—this must be completed before scheduling.
  4. Didn’t receive your email within 10 minutes? Reach out to admin@gardenistajax.com and we’ll send it your way.
Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly!

During the Consultation

When we arrive, we'll start by capturing photos and videos of your space to help us tailor our recommendations. Together, we'll discuss:

  • Light and growing conditions
  • Plant and style preferences
  • Any areas of concern
  • Your preferred level of ongoing care and maintenance

After the Consultation

You'll receive a custom plant palette curated for your space, featuring recommended plants and planters chosen for your light, growing conditions, and preferred style, along with an installation estimate.

Ready to see it all come together? Add a Custom Design Proposal for a detailed digital layout of your space. Plus, book your installation with Gardenista Jax within 60 days, and 100% of your design fee goes toward your install.
