How to Book Your Consultation
  1. Purchase your consultation and provide all required contact information.
  2. Agree to receive emails from Gardenista Jax.
  3. You’ll receive a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your project—this must be completed before scheduling.
  4. Didn’t receive your email within 10 minutes? Reach out to admin@gardenistajax.com and we’ll send it your way.
Cancellation Policy

When we arrive on site we’ll start by capturing photos and videos of your space to assist in the design process. Then we’ll collaborate on everything from light and weather conditions, to plant preferences, areas of concerns, and post-maintenance preferences.

During the Consultation

When we arrive on site we’ll start by capturing photos and videos of your space to assist in the design process. Then we’ll collaborate on everything from light and weather conditions, to plant preferences, areas of concerns, and post-maintenance preferences.

After the Consultation

You’ll receive a custom design proposal for your exterior areas that includes recommended planters and plant combinations, and a service estimate. This proposal is completely tailored and customized to your goals, your environment, and your personal aesthetic.
