Gardenista Succulents & More LLC, d/b/a Gardenista Jax, is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our services, book a consultation, and shop with us comfortably.

Our Goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility, or have cognitive differences.

What We Have Done

Added descriptive alternative text to images across our site
Improved color contrast on buttons, links, and text over photos
Made sure our site can be navigated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
Used clear, descriptive labels on buttons, links, social icons, and forms
Labeled our review star ratings so screen readers read them correctly

What We Are Continuing to Do

Reviewing new pages, photos, and products for accessibility before they go live
Reviewing the site regularly, as our website and the tools we use change over time

Third-Party Tools

Some parts of our website are provided by outside companies, such as our online store platform, checkout, booking, Instagram feed, and email sign-up tools. We choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility, but we cannot fully control the accessibility of their content.
