How to Book Your Consultation
  1. Purchase your consultation and provide all required contact information.
  2. Agree to receive emails from Gardenista Jax.
  3. You’ll receive a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your project—this must be completed before scheduling.
  4. Didn’t receive your email within 10 minutes? Reach out to admin@gardenistajax.com and we’ll send it your way.
Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly!

During the Consultation

When we arrive on site we’ll start by capturing photos and videos of your space to assist in the process. Then we’ll go over everything from light, growing conditions, to plant preferences, preferred style, areas of concerns, and plant care.

After the Consultation

You'll receive a custom plant palette curated for your space, featuring recommended plants and pots chosen just for you based on the items we discussed during your consultation, along with a service estimate if you wish to move forward with Gardenista Jax.
